  • Cover letter issued by the authoritative personnel on the company’s letterhead along with seal
  • Invitation letter from the host company stating the purpose of your visit

  • Business Registration License/MOA/Partnership deed/GST certificate/IT returns as applicable
  • Company’s last three months’ updated bank statement
  • The company’s IT returns for the last 3 years if applicable
