Dubai Business Visa Requirements

To avail of the Dubai visa online, it is important to fulfil the visa requirement criteria.

1. Passport

While travelling, you need to carry your original passport that has a validity of at least 6 months from the day of arrival in Dubai.

While applying for the Dubai visa, you need to provide the colour-scanned copy of the first and last pages of your passport (especially Indian passports.)

2. Two colour photographs

Cropped passport-sized photographs or black and white copies will not be accepted. Photo specifications provided further in the blog.

3. Cover letter

Issued by the applicant, where both the purpose of visit and duration of the stay is mentioned

Note: In the case of a female travelling alone: A NOC issued by father or husband is essential

4. Proof of hotel reservation

5. Income Tax Return

6. PAN Card

7. Cover letter

A cover letter issued from the company stating the name of the applicant and also the duration of stay and purpose of visiting Dubai on business.

8. Invitation letter

Issued by the host company in Dubai. The invitation must furnish the details of the business (seminar, conference, etc.)

  • The photograph must be of 45.0 mm x 35.0 mm dimensions
  • The face must cover 70% of the photograph that is 32.0 mm x 36.0 mm
  • Face orientation must be frontal
  • Photo background must be white with no frames and shadows
  • No hats, masks, allowed.

Note: In the case of religious headgears, it must not obstruct the face

1. How long is the Dubai visa valid for?

Except for the Dubai transit visa that has a validity of up to 30 days, all the other Dubai eVisas have a validity of up to 58 days.

2. Can a friend sponsor me to Dubai?

Applying for a Dubai visa through a sponsor is one of the easy means of getting a visa for Dubai. Anyone can sponsor a UAE / Dubai visa provided they are residents of the country or hold authentic permits. When your sponsor is applying on your behalf, share all the required documents with them. They will then apply one your behalf.

If you do not have a sponsor, visa or travel agents can sponsor your visa.

3. Are the visa fees the same for infants and children?

Yes, it is the same for infants and children. Nevertheless, children under the ages of 18 can travel with a free Dubai visa from the 15th of July to 15th of Septemeber every year.

4. Is the Dubai visa fee refundable?
