Do Indians Need Hong Kong Visa?
No, Indians do not need a visa to visit Hong Kong. Nevertheless, Indian passport holders must have a Pre Arrival Registration (PAR) to enter Hong Kong.
The PAR or Hong Kong tourist visa is valid for six months. Indians can apply for this type of visa if they intend to visit Hong Kong for a short trip. Hong Kong tourist visa is a paper visa, which means the visa will be a PDF document. The applicant needs to download and take a print out of the same while travelling to Hong Kong.

Hong Kong transit visa
Indians can enter/travel Hong Kong for a period of up to 14 days with their PAR. Thus, they do not require a Hong transit visa to transit or for a layover in Hong Kong. However, it is not the case with certain countries.
