It has been a while since our family took a vacation. I’ve been deeply immersed in my business for the past two years and a few months. My kids desired a vacation that would be exciting, vibrant, opulent, yet peaceful at the same time. I thought Bali or the Maldives would be the best. However, we had already thoroughly enjoyed our vacations in these places. They wanted a new destination.
What could have been a better destination than Dubai? I had already been to Dubai, but not with my kids. When I mentioned Dubai as our new destination, they were excited. My only task was to organize an appropriate family tour package for Dubai. The positive news was that I already knew who to contact for a comprehensive experience. The Best Family Trip to Dubai: A World of Wonder
We packed and made our way to the airport early in the morning. The boarding was seamless, and the arrival was even better. A luxury car rental had come to pick us up upon arrival. He assisted us with our luggage and drove us to our hotel, the Grand Hyatt Dubai Residence. We checked in and rested for some time. Our suite was very cozy, and my two kids had their bedroom. In the evening, the same driver took us to Dubai Creek for a dhow cruise and dinner. The evening was splendid. We took some pictures and enjoyed a peaceful ride on the Arabian waters. Our driver dropped us back at our hotel. We had a fantastic start to our wonderful vacation in Dubai.
The second day was even more intriguing and full of activities. Following a delectable dinner, an opulent limousine arrived. We got in and set off on an excursion. The driver was very professional and kept us excited throughout the trip. He took us around the city, stopping at the most iconic landmarks, such as Dubai Frame, Museum of the Future, and Burj Khalifa. We got to explore these three attractions with the free pass. The view from the 125th floor of the tallest building in the world was simply mesmerizing. We took family pictures, and the kids captured some of their moments.
He also took us to the mighty Palm Jumeirah to explore the iconic Atlantis Hotel. Our second day went better than expected. What I enjoyed even more was the serene drive along the Jumeirah beaches at dusk. He dropped us off at our hotel in the evening. The package did not include dinner, so we had to manage it ourselves. We tried some hotel delicacies and called in a day.
On the third day, we were all excited about the desert safari. This was one of the highlights of our family’s entire trip. Our driver came to pick us up after our savory breakfast. He drove us to the Al Khayma Camp, where we enjoyed dune bashing, ATV quad bike rides, camel safaris, and cultural dances. We also enjoy Arabian delicacies in the evening. Our day was full of thrilling events and exciting moments. The cameraman’s reels even captured some of these exciting moments. We enjoyed a late-night drive back to our hotel.
The fourth day was filled with a wide range of activities. As usual, our chauffeur picked us up after breakfast. He took us to Dubai Mall, where we spent a wonderful amount of time shopping and exploring the aquatic life at Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo. My kids loved it. After that, he took us to the Mall of the Emirates. We had a free pass to Dubai Ski, which was a fantastic opportunity to enjoy something different in the Emirates. Can you picture snowy hills and penguins in Dubai? That’s precisely what we experienced there. We tried skiing, but to no avail, and yet it was an intriguing experience.
After that, we wandered around the mall shopping and purchasing souvenirs. These two destinations took up the entirety of our day. Upon arriving at the mall, we decided to abandon our drive. I wanted my wife and kids to try the metro ride, which we took from the MOE to Dubai Healthcare City. It was a new experience for them. I had previously gained experience from my business trips. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant. We walked to our hotel and concluded our trip with a beautiful evening walk full of laughter and conversation.
The next day was our departure from Dubai International Airport. However, our flight was in the evening, so we had time. I called FriendsCarRental and hired a Mercedes C-Class limousine with a driver. After checking out, we enjoyed a splendid drive around the city one last time. We explored the Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood, Jumeirah Mosque, and Dubai Miracle Garden, which tentatively completed our Dubai tour. In the evening, the driver dropped us off at the airport, and we flew back safely.

Our family trip was almost a 10 out of 10. Had there been free dinners, the trip would have been a perfect 10. It’s just human nature to never be satisfied.
