Line Privacy Hacks: Hide Chats, Contacts, & More

1. How to hide a chat in Line?

Open Line app and tap Home > Settings > Chats. Tap Hidden Chats > Edit. Select the chat(s) to unhide, then tap Unhide Chat. For iPad, go to Settings > Chats > Hidden Chats > Edit > Unhide Chat.

3. How to use the hidden chat feature in Line?

Hidden Chat adds a layer of privacy: messages appear as “Hidden Message” until you tap them.
To start, open a chat, tap the Hidden Chat > Start Hidden Chat. Both sides must start Hidden Chat. Messages then self-destruct based on a timer you set. Note this feature is not available for group chats.
