- If only one parent or guardian has authority: proof of custody or guardianship (like a court decision) or the original death certificate of the other parent.
- Original birth certificate of the minor (translated into English if needed).
- Copies of the parents’ or guardians’ passports (personal details and signature pages).
- Proof of sufficient funds from the parent’s or guardian’s.
Financial sustenance proof:
- For employed individuals: Bank statements for the last three months (showing name and address) and recent pay slips.
- For self-employed individuals: Tax return from the previous year or proof of economic activity and income.
- For retirees: Copy of pension certificate, a letter from a previous employer, a pension check stub, or confirmation of pension amount.
