President on the 1lth November, 1966, is hereby published for general information.

GUJARAT ACT NO. 21 OF 1966.
(First published, after having received the assent of the President in the
“Gujarat Government Gazette” on the 21st November 1966.
An Act further to amend the Bombay Taluqdari Tenure Abolition Act, 1949 for
certain purposes.
It is hereby enacted in the Seventeenth Year of the Republic of India as
follows :-
I.This Act may be called the Bombay Taluqdari Tenure Abolition (Amend- short titIe.
ment) Act, 1966.

An Act further to amend the Bombay Taluqdari Tenure Abolition Act, 1949.
It is hereby enacted in the Nineteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
I. This Act may be called the Bombay Taluqdari Tenure Abolition (Gujarat short tit,e,
Amendment) Act, 1968.
BOm. 2. In section 5A of the Bombay Taluqdari Tenure Abolition Act. 1949, after Amendment
