ANACT TO AhfEND THB INDIAN PENAL CODE, 1860 IN W APPLICATION
Bc ii enactcd by the Legislature of the Statc of Orissa in the Fortyninth
Ycar of the Republic ofTndia as follows:-
Short title. I. This Act may be called thc Indian Penal Code (Orissa Amendment)
Act, 1998. ,
