2. Amendment of section 14, Rajasthan Act No. 38 of
1961.– In clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 14 of the
Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961 (Act No. 38 of
1961), the existing proviso shall be substituted, namely:-
“Provided that no sale or purchase shall be
permitted under this clause within the market proper except
for the purposes specified in sub-clauses (i) and (iv) ;” .
- Repeal and savings.– (1) The Rajasthan Agricultural
Produce Markets (Amendment) Ordinance, 2010 (Ordinance No.
05 of 2010) is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, all actions taken or orders
made under the principal Act as amended by the said Ordinance
shall be deemed to have been taken or made under the principal
Act as amended by this Act.
