An Act further to amend the Bombay Police Act, 1951.
It is hereby enacted in the Fourteenth Year of tho Republic of India as
follows :-

- This Act may be called the Bombay Police (Gujarat Amendment) Act,~hortI
1963.

“Brwided that nothing in this clause shall apply to the display of any news-
board or public notice by or on behalf of a political party, a public insiitution
or a panchayat or municipality or municipal corporation or other local autho.
rity constituted under any law for the time being in force.”:
