GUJARAT ACT NO. 22 OF 1968

An Act further to amend the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural L.ands (Vidarbha
Region and Kutch Area) Act, 1958 in its application to the Kutch area of 111eState.
It is hereby enacted in the Nineteenth Year of the Republic of India as

follows :-

1. (I) This Act may bc called the nornbay Tenancy and Agricullural Landsshort
   (Vidarbha Region and Kutch Area) (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1968.
   (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by
   notification in the Oficinl Gazette, appoint.

2. In section 109 of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha en,,.
   ,r uolu. Region and Kvtch Area) Act, 1958 (hereinafter aferred to as “the principal Act”) YX

   for the words “Bombay Revenue Tribunal” wherever they occur except in the l~hg.
   expression “the Bombay Revenue Tribunal Act”, the words “Gujarat Revenue
   Tribund” shall be substituted.
