An Act to extend the l[Tamii Nadu] district Development
Councils Act, 1958and the l[Tamil Nadu] Pauchagats
Act, 1958 to the added territory in the 3[State of Tamil
Nadu] .
WHEREASit is expedient to extend the ‘[Tamil Nadul
Di strici Development C~uncilsAct, 1958 (l~arnil
Nadu] Act XVIIl of 1958) and the ‘[Tamil NauJ
panchayats Act, 1958 (l[Tamil N~~du] Act of’
1958) to the added territory in the 3[Stzte of Tamil
Nadu];
Be it enp.cted in the Twelfth Year of the Republic OF

Sorttitle 1. (1) Thi. Act may be called the l[Tamil Naou] Dil-
